Mae Pang Thong Biography

Mae Pang Thong is a 60-year-old female elephant who once worked as a logging elephant in Phatthalung Province. I first heard about her situation from a close friend living in the area. When I learned that she needed a safer and more comfortable place to spend her later years, I decided to bring her to our elephant conservation sanctuary.

Here, Mae Pang Thong can finally enjoy a peaceful and gentle life in her senior years, free from hard labor and surrounded by care and compassion.
