Mae Pang Malai Biography

Mae Pang Malai is a 50-year-old female elephant and the very first elephant who has lived with me for more than 35 years. She is truly like a member of our family. My father brought her home when she was just 15 years old, and we have grown up together ever since. To me, she is like an older sistergentle, calm, and deeply affectionate.

In the past, Malai worked as a logging and riding elephant. However, as she grew older, I wanted to ensure she could spend the rest of her life in comfort, peace, and proper care.

Distinct Feature:

The tip of her trunk is missing. This injury happened when she was young, caused accidentally when her mother stepped on her trunk.
